Tifa Lockheart from Final Fantasy 7.
This is practice work of a night scene, and lighting.
The lighting in night is very difficult.
The lines are drawn with Flash 8, and the rest is done with Painter IX.5 and Photoshop CS2.
I also made a daytime version of the same work.
